Subjects on this page
Civics, English, History, Mathematics and Science. If you need Geography or a second language, it is not in the Class 7 solutions list. Inside a subject, open the chapter that matches your exercise. Answers follow the textbook order and are mostly scanned pages, so zoom in on a phone.
Where students lose the thread
In Mathematics, a Std 7 exercise often fails on something from Std 6: signs, fractions, or a formula used one chapter ago. If the solution's second line uses a step you don't recognise, stop and find that step in the earlier chapter instead of copying the rest.
In Science, History and Civics, the answers are now a few sentences. The solution will usually have a definition and one reason. Your answer needs both. A correct term with no reason is the answer teachers mark as incomplete.
In English, write the grammar answer yourself first. The solution is one acceptable sentence. Yours can differ and still be right if it follows the same rule.
A short checking routine
- Finish the exercise in the notebook.
- Star only the questions you could not finish, and note the step.
- Read that step in the solution. Close it. Complete your working.
- For a Science or History answer, cover the solution and say it once without looking.
- Redo starred Maths questions after three days.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is Geography included?
No. Class 7 solutions here are Civics, English, History, Mathematics and Science.
The Maths solution skips a line I needed. What now?
That line is usually an earlier chapter. Go back one chapter in the textbook and do the example it depends on, then return to the question.
Should answers be written exactly as the scan?
No. Same facts, your sentences. Exact copying is obvious in History and Science, and it doesn't stick.
